History
Words from our CEO
Premier Exteriors, LLC (PE) is a dependable company, with a team of experts that delivers a quality product.
Established as a residential contracting company in 2008, PE, quickly gained traction in the commercial market, and has developed a reputation throughout the south east, as an invaluable asset to general contractor’s. PE offers a complete exterior wall envelope to builders. This allows us to perform several different scopes of work for the builder, under one contract.
PE has made a presence in the south east, installing hard coat stucco systems, EIFS, fiber cement and vinyl siding.
PE is in approved installer for Dryvit, STO, Masterwall, Parex, James Hardie fiber cement, and Nichiha fiber cement. Our team works closely with the product manufacturer’s to ensure the product is installed within specifications to provide a quality system. PE carries an EIFS insurance policy which most subcontractors do not carry.
Every year Justin Harvey, our CEO, writes a personal letter to all of the employees at Premier Exteriors. He reflects on the past year and looks forward to the next. We wanted to share with everyone some inspiration from his yearly letter for 2022.
Last year’s word of the year was Persevere, which we all did successfully. I measure that success in several ways. One, we were profitable as a company. Two, we stayed in tact as a team and were flexible to accommodate our customers to ensure success. Three, the biggest of all, is the number of new builders we acquired on the residential side. Because we persevered, because we do our best to live out our mission and core values, we have held steady in a time of chaos and risen to the top as a preferred installer among builders in our market.
You all know that I choose a word every year that represents our position as a company. This year it will be a phrase. “Proactively Aggressive” Being proactive in our industry is a must if you want to be successful. Adding aggression to it will allow us to be more successful than others. Taking advantage of any and every opportunity, will benefit the sub-contractors and Premier as a company. More than ever, we are competing for material availability, and labor to some extent. Being “Proactively Aggressive” means not being satisfied or accepting what the supplier or builder is communicating to us. Finding a work around, or a solution will be paramount to the success we create. We all know what lies ahead of us this year. We know the material strains, and the obstacles that will be in our way. They will be endless, and some will seem insurmountable. The opportunity far outweighs the inevitable road blocks that will pop up. We are a high performing team with the capacity to grow and at the same time continue to separate ourselves from our competition. I challenge everyone to be “Proactively Aggressive” in their role and continue to make a difference. I am very proud of the Premier team for what we have accomplished and what we will accomplish.
